Contact Lens Exams

Salomon Eye Care offers many options for contact lenses:

  • Soft Contacts (including for astigmatism)
  • Soft Multifocal and Monovision Contacts
  • Colored Contacts
  • RGP (Rigid Gas Permeable) Lenses

After thorough examination, your doctor will be able to recommend the best contact lenses for you based on your eye health, specific visual needs, and eye anatomy.

You will have the opportunity to wear your initial trial lenses and return for a follow-up visit to discuss any concerns. Additionally, your doctors will evaluate the fit, vision, and comfort of your lenses in order to ensure a healthy and successful contact lens experience.

For patients who are new to contact lenses we will train you how to insert, remove, and care for your lenses.

Specialty Contact Lenses

Special contact lenses are available for patients with corneal irregularities due to conditions like keratoconus, corneal transplant, trauma, or severe Sjogren’s disease. Our doctors have helped many patients with unique vision challenges that require sophisticated lens designs such as: custom soft lenses, gas permeable and scleral contact lenses.
